Just pulled a quick report from the Western Kentucky Regional MLS regarding single family (no manufactured) home sales in 2014 compared to 2013.

2014 sales of single family units showed 129 units sold in Trigg county. The average Days on Market for sold units was 189, average sale price was $160,563.00, and the sale price to list price ratio worked out to 91.24%.

Here is the good news - although unit sales were - 2% (sold 3 fewer units in 2014) the volume of sales in the County by $ was up 15%,the Average Sale price was up 18% and the median sale price for 2014 was up 10% over 2013 sales.  Inventory in 2014 only changed 2% compared to 2013.

Bottom line -Market values are beyond holding and are actually increasing.  This should make for a great 2015.
